Black silk satin high-necked mourning blouse lined with very fine organza. The front is pleated with organza inserts heavily embroidered with floral design over shoulders. The back fastens with six pearl buttons and nine hooks and the lower sleeves are organza decorated with pin tucks, frills and inset pleating. A channel at the waistline held a satin cord for cinching the waist.
